Lots of pretty pics and a contest!

Well, I finally have lots of progress pics to show you and a contest to help get the word out about my Etsy shop Purl Blossom!
First pic up is my MIL quilt almost done! I completed it yesterday but had to ship it out before I could take the FO pic. My MIL will send me a pic to share with you all!

Wicked is finally being nice to me (even if the camera isn't!) so I am finally able to try it on! It is fitting much better after frogging those rows, although next time I am definately going to knit the next size down.

And, finally, the contest! I am giving away a hand made set of stitch markers of your choice. Go to my shop to look at what I have, then post a comment on my blog telling me which set you would like to win and I will pick a winner at random! If you post anonymously, please leave your email so I can contact you if you are the winner! I will pick the winner on May 21! Good luck!!!

Edited: Stitch markers are light so all you internationals, have a go! This contest is open to everyone!

Wicked looks great, that colour is awesome on you. I wish I'd tried mine on sooner, it doesn't fit QUITE right under the arms. a little too loose. I'm starting another one soon, for my mama, and I'll be measuring a lot more as I go, for sure.

Great color for Wicked. It's on my to do list (if only there were more hours in the day!). Love the silkworm stitch markers. The tiny beads all in a row do remind me of a small worm.

Hey, I'll try for it... that quilt looks wonderful by the way! Oh, and the Tea Rose markers are my favorite from your etsy shop. :-)

Wicked looks wonderful on you, and the pre-assembled quilt looks great. I hope your MIL loves it, too. I really like your purple fluorite stitch markers.

The quilt looks great, and so do your stitch markers. I think the blue sodalite ones are really nice.

the Purple Fluorite Stitch Markers - i want them. the quilt ROX, and Wicked looks pretty good - LUVV the color. unfortunantly, i can't make anything for myself in a color like that b/c it wwould just point out how pale my skin is.

Great job on the sweater! And I would totally have to go with the blue watermelon stitch markers. They match my clapotis-in-progress almost perfectly! (pics on my blog)

Hi! I'm wondering if your contest is for everybody or just for U.S. bloggers? Oh well, worth a try anyway. :) I really love your purple Lantern markers!

Wicked looks really good! I love the color!

I'm from Finland, but I'm having a go at the contest anyway. I really like the Tea Rose stitch markers on your Etsy site. They're the cutest things I've seen in a while!

I'm gonna go for Mini Green Lantern, just to be different!

OOOOOH your wicked color looks great on you! And a quilter too! You have TONS of tricks up that sleeve of yours!
It does look a little too big though. I would go down a size! Esp since blocking will make it grow.

hey Desiree! Thanks for registering at my message board. Welcome.

Your blog is great and I love your stitch markers. If I had to choose it would between the Green Tea and the Purple Lantern.

Ooo ... nice quilt. I wish I had the patience to quilt, but alas, I do not.

All the stitch markers in your shop are nice - though I think the blue sodalite ones are my favorite.

I just love how your wicked is coming out! I love the Purple Fluorite Stitch Markers. They remind me of Cape Cod. When I was little we would hunt for sea glass.

I'm kind of fond of the green lantern stitch markers - they're cute, plus the name gets me. I've never actually used stitch markers before - just little pieces of paper that I have to periodically replace. There's gotta be a better system :) oh wait, there is.

Some of the swaps we can do seem so random. Pirates and ninja swaps I think are the funniest, although the "Black, White, and One other color" one is pretty random and funny too.

Good luck with your etsy.

my email's h_pets360 at hotmail, by the way. this is h_pets360 from craftster.

i've got a livejournal, but i'm not gonna post the link because it kinda needs updating.
